1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Only Fans ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
• Complete our age verification process

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with others or transfer it to third parties

4. Content Guidelines

All content on the Platform must comply with our Community Guidelines. You agree not to post, upload, or share content that:

• Depicts or appears to depict minors in any context
• Contains non-consensual imagery or deepfakes of real individuals
• Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, spam, or fraudulent content

5. AI-Generated Content

As a platform focused on AI-generated content, additional terms apply:

• All AI-generated content must be clearly labeled as such
• Creators must have appropriate rights to use their AI models and training data
• AI characters must not be designed to resemble real individuals without consent
• We reserve the right to scan and verify AI-generated content for compliance

6. Payments and Subscriptions

For paid features and subscriptions:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are generally not provided for subscription fees already paid
• We use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for their services
• Creators receive 80% of subscription and tip revenue
• Payouts are processed weekly with a minimum threshold of $50

7. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their content. By posting content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except for content that has been shared or downloaded by subscribers.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or our Community Guidelines. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
